The majority of our pasta including gnocchi, pappardelle, linguine and agnolotti are hand made by our team, as is our pizza dough. We only use the finest quality ingredients - sourced locally where possible - to ensure fresh and authentic tasting dishes.

We are pleased to be able to offer our guests a large variety of alcoholic beverages including a comprehensive range of wine, spirits and beer.
Trained and experienced in making all the classics, our Mixologists and bar staff keep up to date with the latest in cocktails and are creative and passionate about their cocktail menus and infusions.
Friday night wine tasting has also become a firm staple on the Centra calendar and is the perfect way to learn about and sample different wines.

SPACE
A modern take on a corner hotel, Centra has a number of different dining and function spaces. From the main dining room through to the undercover courtyard, each space is functional, cosy and welcoming.
Featuring rustic brickwork with accents of black and warm timber, the space is modern - yet has retained certain historical elements such as the original bar doors which provide a nod to yesteryear.
Moving outside, the Courtyard and Laneway are popular choices for functions, dining with friends or just enjoying a glass of wine in the sun. The walls are adorned with 'Italian Village' murals painted by local artist Vicki Clissold, which pay homage to Italy and bring life and colour to the space.
